◆ Material : PA6+15% glass fiber reinforced, heat stabilized and oil resistant, injection molding grade.

◆ Characteristics : Medium rigidity & high fluidity: 15% glass fiber reinforced, balanced strength and rigidity. Its high fluidity is ideal for injection molding of complex thin-walled parts. Heat and oil resistance: Adopts thermal stabilization system and oil-resistant formula, long-term resistant to engine oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil, suitable for high-temperature oil fluid environments. Dimensional stability: Glass fibers greatly reduce shrinkage and water absorption deformation, delivering higher precision than neat PA6. Easy processing: Injection molding temperature ranges from 250℃ to 270℃, mold temperature from 80℃ to 120℃, featuring short molding cycle and excellent surface finish.

◆ Purpose : Automotive (Main Products): Intake manifold, fan/shroud, oil pump housing, oil pan accessories, sensor housing, safety belt components, two-wheeler powertrain parts. Industry & Machinery: Gears, bearing housings, brackets, pump and valve housings, low-pressure oil circuit/air pipe joints, motor end covers, home appliance structural parts, bathroom and plumbing components. Others: Electronic and electrical frameworks, connectors, insulating parts; small structural parts for photovoltaic and wind power industries.
